CARING FOR YOUR RHP BOTTLE

Your Rehydrate Pro bottles are made from #304 (18/8) stainless steel for inner and outer walls (Best material available and it’s light and durable). All our bottles are double-wall and are meant to keep your drinks hot or cold for a very long time. Stainless steel does not absorb aromas or taste so if you keep it clean, it will continue to give you consistent flavors of your favorite beverages. Please follow the following tips to keep your bottles performing at their best.  

WASHING BOTTLE

We recommend hand-washing for your bottle. By hand washing the colors and prints will retain their brightness for much longer. 

TOOLS and METHOD – DAY TO DAY USE

Tools – Soapy water / Brush

1. Warm soapy water
2. A bottle brush –  if you use a bottle for drinks with any sugar content as when dry it might become sticky. 
3. Use your finger to rub the inside area of the neck and shoulder of the bottle to make sure no residue is left behind (sometimes only the touch can detect these residues 

TOOLS and METHOD – IF PROBLEM WITH SMELL OR TASTE

Tools – Soapy water / Brush / Vinegar / Baking Soda

1. Warm soapy water
2. A bottle brush –  if you use a bottle for drinks with any sugar content as when dry it might become sticky. 
3. Use your finger to rub the inside area of the neck and shoulder of the bottle to make sure no residue is left behind (sometimes only the touch can detect these residues 
4. Fill bottle with water 
5. Add 4 tablespoons of white vinegar
6. Leave water with vinegar overnight
7. Empty ¾ of the bottle out
8. Add 2 tablespoons of baking soda
9. Use brush to wash the inside of the bottle 
10. Rinse and Dry

Stainless Steel Caps

Tools – Soapy water 

1. Warm soapy water
2. Wash thoroughly by hand
3. Rinse and dry

Stainless Steel Caps – IF PROBLEM WITH SMELL OR CLOSING

Tools – Soapy water / Plastic pen cap

1. Use tip of pen cap (extended side used to lock into shirt pocket)  to push silicone ring from the cap
2. Remove silicone and wash with soapy water 
3. Replace the washer and push into place with tip of the pen cap

Bonus  FLIP N SIP caps

Tools – Soapy water 

4. Warm soapy water
5. Wash thoroughly by hand
6. Make sure spout is up 90 degrees and water is flowing through
7. Remove straw and also make sure water is flowing through
8. Rinse and dry
9. Reattach straw after drying

PROTECTING THE COLOR ON YOUR BOTTLES

Handwashing your bottle with normal liquid dishwashing detergent and warm water is the best way to extend the brightness and quality of your RHP bottles. No need to use any other type of detergents.
